Pula Airport
New Flights Between Pula And Dublin

The first Ryanair flight out of Ireland landed at Pula Airport at the beginning of March, launching a regular international air connection between Pula and Dublin. The new line marks a continuation of the existing cooperation between the Irish low tariff air carrier and Pula Airport, as there is already a regular line flying between Pula and London.

Parachutes was constructed by
Faust Vrančić?


Faust Vrančić or Fausto Veranzio (1551, Šibenik - January 17, 1617,died in Venice and buried in Prvić Luka, a village on the island of Prvić near Šibenik) . Parachutes had been imagined and sketched by Leonardo Da Vinci.However,
Faust Vrancic constructed a device based on Da Vinci's drawing and jumped from a Venice tower in 1617. Faust Vrancic published Machinae Novae, in which he describes in text and picture  parachute called the Homo Volans.
